I think this vegetable needs a mention, even just a small one. And to be honest, I thought it would take a nice photo. Chop, add to soups and you can’t go wrong….

July 22nd, 2015 by amaltesemouthful@gmail.comNanna (my mum) arrived in London this morning at 7.30am from Australia and is here for five weeks. The girls were exhausted this evening from all the excitement.
I am sure she will not only critique my cooking but most likely will try to take over in the kitchen. It will at least give me a chance to prepare more Maltese recipes, blog and share with you. I can’t wait.
