Maltese savoury cake

This Maltese savoury cake was a first for me. This recipe has come from my distant cousin who currently lives in London. It was an old recipe he got from his dad (my mum’s cousin) who he had from his mum (my mum’s aunty). A great new Maltese recipe which I will be making more often. This savoury cake is made from mince, onion, garlic, potatoes, marrows, aubergine, eggs and tomato paste. Next time I will also add some roast peppers. A delicious comforting meal. …
